Kyle Herbert
Kyle Herbert is a Trial Lawyer. He founded his firm in 2008. Kyle has two daughters who at ages seven and nine are (mediocre) file clerks. In his spare time Kyle enjoys traveling around the country to attend college football games, snow skiing and thinking about trying more cases.

Kyle has represented some very injured people against nasty insurance companies and large corporations. Kyle’s Clients include everyone from the “little old lady” breaking a hip at the local grocery store to orphans of a devastating drunk driving accident caused by an oil field service Kyle also handles a small amount of commercial litigation for honest and worthwhile local companies.
